Role, scope and authority of Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc.<\/strong> is the only entity:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Owner of the brands, trade names and platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operator of digital infrastructures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Head of governance, administration and operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final decision-making entity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contracting entity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legally responsible for applicable policies, rules and frameworks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All platforms, services, programs, content, tools and infrastructure operated under the brands <strong>Magazine Hip-Hop<\/strong> and <strong>Underground Network<\/strong> fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of <strong>Hip-Hop Magazine Inc.<\/strong>..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">3. Divisions, platforms (digital showcase) and services operated<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc.<\/strong> exploits in particular, but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Magazine Hip-Hop<\/strong> (news media \u2013 editorial division)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Underground Network<\/strong> (central digital platform)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The Portal<\/strong> (official channel for requests and services)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hip-Hop University<\/strong> (digital educational platform)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mag HH Shop<\/strong> (free services, products and documents)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Affiliate Program<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Emergency Management Center<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These divisions, platforms and services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>They do not possess any separate legal personality<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>They do not exercise any independent decision-making power<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>They act exclusively as tools, showcases or services operated by the company<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Ecosystem evolution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. <\/strong>reserves the right to <strong>create, modify, merge, suspend or remove<\/strong> any division, platform or service, temporarily or permanently, <strong>without obligation to give notice<\/strong>, unless required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">4.
