The present Terms of Use<\/strong> govern access, navigation and use of all platforms, services, content, tools and programs operated by Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc.<\/strong>, a company legally incorporated in Quebec (Canada).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They constitute the general framework of use<\/strong> applicable to any person who consults, uses or interacts with the digital ecosystem operated by Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc.<\/strong>, including its divisions, digital showcases, services and programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Underground Network<\/strong> (central digital platform)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The Portal<\/strong> (official channel for requests and services)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Hip-Hop University<\/strong> (educational platform)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Mag HH Shop<\/strong> (services, products and documents)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Affiliate Program<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Terms of Service \u2013 Emergency Management Center<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Any other division, program or service, current or future, operated by Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      None of these divisions possesses a separate legal personality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. Nature of the platforms and lack of guarantee<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The platforms and services are provided:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • No obligation to achieve a result<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n

              • Infringing on copyright or image rights<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating<\/li>\n\n\n\n

              • To harm the operation or integrity of the platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Presenting oneself as an official representative without authorization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    4. Policies specific to divisions and departments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    5. Operating Guides<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    6. Explanatory summaries<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      The higher-level document prevails at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      10. Personal Data and Technologies<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
