How does the member rating system work?
After a successful collaboration, the two parts (creator and winning bidder) have 30 days To rate each other on three criteria: quality, punctuality, and communication. You can also indicate whether you recommend the person and leave a comment. Ratings are public on the rated person's profile. The rated person has the right to reply publicly to each review received.
Who is responsible for transactions between members?
Hip-Hop Magazine Inc. acts as a neutral intermediary, like a communication platform. We are not a party to transactions between members and assume no responsibility for commitments, deliveries, payments, or disputes. All agreements are made directly between the parties involved.
Can I report abusive behavior?
Yes. On each offer, submission, or evaluation, you'll find a button. Report. Provide the reason (collusion, hate speech, lies, etc.) and an administrator will review it. After a certain number of reports, the content is automatically moderated.
What happens if the winner does not deliver or disappears?
The creator has three options: (1) Disqualify the offer to put it back online and choose another winner from the submissions received (with or without a strike against the defaulting winner), (2) Request mediation contact an admin if the situation is complex, or (3) Set a delivery deadline and use automatic tracking. You'll never get stuck.
How does the strikes system work?
A strike is a warning note on your account when you fail to meet a commitment (withdrawal after auction, abandonment of delivery, etc.). 3 strikes = automatic suspension of your account until admin review. Strikes also affect your reliability rate public displayed on your Bottin listing. A creator who disqualifies can choose whether or not to award a strike to the winner.

How do specific categories and fields work?

Can I modify or delete my offer?

How does admin moderation work?

What is the purpose of the delivery deadline?
At the time of the auction (or later), the creator can set a delivery deadline. If this deadline is missed without confirmation of delivery from both parties, the system automatically sends a notification to the creator reminding them that they can withdraw from the auction or request mediation. This is a safeguard against endless delays.
How to submit a bid on an offer?
Click on an offer that interests you, then on Tender. You fill in your introductory message, your proposed price, and your contact information (which will remain private). You can also include links to your portfolio or references. The creator receives your application immediately.

How to use filters to find relevant offers?
