Policies & Conditions – Hip-Hop University

Preamble
The present Policies & Conditions govern access to and use of the Hip-Hop University, a digital educational platform operated by Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc., a company legally incorporated in Quebec (Canada), and hosted within the Underground Network's digital showcase.
Hip-Hop University is a trade name and an educational division operated by Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. It does not possess any separate legal personality and does not exercise any autonomous decision-making power.
The Underground Network constitutes the central digital infrastructure ensuring the hosting and operation of the Hip-Hop University, under the exclusive administration of Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc..
Any administrative, educational, technical or legal decision relating to the Hip-Hop University falls exclusively under Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc., the sole decision-making, contracting and legally responsible entity.
The present Policies & Conditions are legally subordinates to the Policies & Conditions – Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. and to Policies & Terms – Underground Network, which rules prevail in case of conflict.
1. Purpose and nature of the platform
Hip-Hop University offers content with the following purpose:
- Educational
- Informative
- Cultural
The platform may include:
- Free or paid modules
- Digital training courses
- Educational quizzes and assessments
- Masterclasses and educational resources
The content offered:
- They do not constitute official academic instruction
- Do not lead to any recognized diploma
- These are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, psychological or other advice.
2. Access to the platform
Access to the Hip-Hop University may be:
- Free
- Conditional upon registration
- Conditional upon payment
- Reserved for certain profiles or programs
Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend or remove any content or module
- Limit access to certain features
- To refuse, suspend or withdraw access to any user in the event of non-compliance with these conditions
3. Paid modules and financial conditions
3.1 Access and payment
Some modules, training courses or masterclasses may be subject to a fee.
Prices are clearly displayed before purchase, in Canadian currency (CAD), unless otherwise indicated.
Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. reserves the right to:
- Change prices at any time
- Offering temporary promotions
- Withdraw an offer without notice
3.2 Taxes
Applicable taxes are added when required by law, depending on the user's jurisdiction.
3.3 Personal and non-transferable access
Access to a paid module is:
- Staff
- Non-transferable
- Linked exclusively to the user account that made the purchase
Account sharing, resale or distribution to third parties is strictly prohibited.
3.4 Refunds and cancellations
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- All sales are final.
- No refunds are given after accessing the content.
- No refunds will be given in case of non-use, abandonment, or misunderstanding of the content.
4. Content Usage License
The user is granted a license:
- Limited
- Revocable
- Non-exclusive
- Personal
- Non-commercial
This license only allows viewing of the content for personal educational purposes.
It is strictly forbidden to:
- Copying, reproducing or recording the content
- Take screenshots or audio or video recordings
- Distribute, share, resell or publish the content
- Use the content in a commercial, external educational or institutional context
- Training artificial intelligence systems using content
Any violation will result in immediate suspension of access, without refund, and may give rise to legal action.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All the content of the Hip-Hop University, including texts, videos, documents, quizzes, training materials, visuals and educational structures, is protected by intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise stated:
- The content is the property of Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc.
- Or used with the express permission of their authors
No rights of reproduction, distribution or exploitation are granted without prior written authorization.
6. User contributions
When modules allow contributions (answers, work, comments):
- The user remains fully responsible for their content.
- He guarantees that he holds the necessary rights
- It allows Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. to host and display this content within a strictly educational framework
Any illegal, offensive or non-compliant content may be removed without notice.
7. Absence of a contractual or institutional relationship
Use of the Hip-Hop University:
- Does not create any employment relationship
- Do not create any partnerships
- This does not constitute any official teaching
- Does not lead to any certification or academic recognition
- No personal, artistic or professional results are guaranteed

Personal data is processed in accordance with:

9. Suspension, withdrawal and termination of access
Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. may suspend or withdraw access for any user, without refund, particularly in the event of:
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Copyright infringement
- Account sharing or unauthorized reproduction
- Behavior that harms the platform or its integrity
10. Limitation of liability
The content is provided as is.
Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. cannot be held responsible:
- Regarding the interpretation or use of the content
- Decisions made by the user
- Financial, professional, or artistic losses
- Temporary or permanent service interruptions
11. Hierarchy of legal documents
In case of conflicting interpretations, the order of priority is as follows:
- Policies & Conditions – Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc.
- Policies & Terms – Underground Network
- Policies & Conditions – Hip-Hop University
- Program or module-specific policies
12. Modification of conditions
Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
The continued use of the Hip-Hop University this constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
13. Applicable Law
The present Policies and Conditions are governed by:
- The laws of Quebec and Canada
- And, where required, by applicable European standards
