Delete your account and your data.
You can request the deletion of your Réseau account at any time, either through the website or the Under app. Log in, open My Account, go to your data management settings, and select Delete My Account. Your profile, posts, messages, photos, videos, and contacts will then be deleted within 30 days. Invoices and payment receipts are retained for 6 years, as required by tax law, and then deleted. You can also request the deletion of only part of your data without closing your account through the Portal. If you can no longer log in, email us at [email protected]: we will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days, as provided for under Law 25.
