  • Final decision-making entity
  • Contracting entity
  • Legally responsible for applicable policies, rules and frameworks

All platforms, services, programs, content, tools and infrastructure operated under the brands Magazine Hip-Hop and Underground Network fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of Hip-Hop Magazine Inc...

3. Divisions, platforms (digital showcase) and services operated

Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. exploits in particular, but not limited to:

  • Magazine Hip-Hop (news media – editorial division)
  • Underground Network (central digital platform)
  • The Portal (official channel for requests and services)
  • Hip-Hop University (digital educational platform)
  • Mag HH Shop (free services, products and documents)
  • Affiliate Program
  • Emergency Management Center

These divisions, platforms and services:

  • They do not possess any separate legal personality
  • They do not exercise any independent decision-making power
  • They act exclusively as tools, showcases or services operated by the company

Ecosystem evolution

Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. reserves the right to create, modify, merge, suspend or remove any division, platform or service, temporarily or permanently, without obligation to give notice, unless required by law.

4. Legal Hierarchy of Documents

The applicable order of priority within the ecosystem is as follows:

  3. Policies & Conditions specific to each division or department

In case of conflict, the higher-level document prevails.

5. Internal Governance and Delegation

Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. freely defined:

  • Its internal structure
  • Its decision-making processes
  • His methods of exploitation

The company can to delegate certain operational, technical, administrative or editorial functions to collaborators, subcontractors or partners, with and/or without transfer of legal liability.

6. Decision-making power and discretion

Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. reserves the right to total discretionary power, including, in particular, the right to:

  • Accept, refuse, modify or remove content
  • Suspend, restrict or close an account
  • To refuse a request, a service or a collaboration
  • Modify access to a platform, service, or feature
  • Ending a program, offer, or access

No decision entails an obligation to provide detailed justification, except as required by law.

7. Editorial framework and absence of publication obligation

The applicable financial conditions are defined in the specific policies (Store, Affiliates, University, Portal).

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • All sales are final.
  • No refund is guaranteed
  • No performance or financial result is guaranteed.

9. Absence of an automatic contractual relationship

The use of platforms, services or content operated by Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. :

  • Do not create any partnerships
  • Does not create any mandate
  • Does not create any employment relationship
  • This does not constitute any automatic contractual commitment

Any contractual relationship is subject to a separate agreement when required.

10. Responsibility and limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. cannot be held responsible:

  • Content published by users or third parties
  • Decisions made by users
  • Financial, professional, or artistic losses
  • Direct or indirect damages
  • Service interruptions, technical failures, or unavailability

The platforms and services are provided as is, without any guarantee of continuity, performance or result.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, names, logos, platforms, institutional content, structures, tools, databases and graphic elements used by Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction, use or exploitation is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal action.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The present Policies & Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec (Canada).

In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Montreal shall have sole jurisdiction.
