Preamble

The present Policies & Conditions govern access to and use of Mag HH Affiliate Program, service operated by Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc., a company legally incorporated in Quebec (Canada).

The Mag HH Affiliate Program is a trade name and operational service operated by Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc..

It does not possess any separate legal personality and does not exercise any autonomous decision-making power.

Any administrative, commercial, technical, financial or legal decision relating to Mag HH Affiliate Program falls exclusively under Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc., the sole decision-making, contracting and legally responsible entity.

The present Policies & Conditions are legally subordinates to the Policies & Conditions - Le Magazine Hip-Hop Inc. and to Policies & Terms - Underground Network, which rules prevail in case of conflict.

1. Purpose of the program

The Mag HH Affiliate Program allows eligible participants to receive a commission when a product, service, training, subscription or any other offer marketed by Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. is recommended to a third party using a valid affiliate link.

Participation in the program:

  • This does not constitute employment
  • This does not constitute a mandate
  • This does not constitute a partnership, agency or representation relationship.

The affiliate acknowledges that a separate affiliate account is required on the platform, which can be linked to an existing user account when provided for by the technical infrastructure.

2. Eligibility

To participate in Mag HH Affiliate Program, The affiliate must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have an active account on the official platform
  • Provide accurate, complete and verifiable information
  • Comply with all applicable policies and conditions

Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. reserves the right to refuse, suspend or withdraw access to the program at any time, with or without justification, subject to applicable legal obligations.

3. How the program works

Each affiliate is assigned a unique affiliate link automatically generated via the affiliate portal.

The system is based in particular on the following principles:

  • Any sale completed through a valid affiliate link may be attributed to the affiliate, subject to internal validation.
  • Commissions are calculated according to the rate in effect at the time of the actual transaction.
  • Sales, commissions, and status can be viewed in the affiliate dashboard.

No commission is guaranteed until the transaction has been validated by Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc.

4. Terms of payment

Payments can be made by:

  • Interac
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer

depending on the options available on the platform.

The affiliate is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date banking information.

Transfer, conversion or processing fees are the responsibility of the affiliate.

Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. cannot be held responsible for payment delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the affiliate.

5. Commissions and validation

Commission rates may vary depending on the type of offer.

Commissions become eligible only when:

  • The transaction is complete.
  • No refunds, chargebacks, or disputes are currently being processed.
  • These conditions are met.
  • A validation period of sixty (60) days following the sale has elapsed, corresponding to the applicable refund periods.

If a refund is granted to the customer, the associated commission is cancelled.

Payments are made according to the frequency indicated in the affiliate portal.

Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. reserves the right to change commission rates with reasonable notice.

6. Affiliate's tax and legal obligations

The affiliate is solely responsible:

  • From the declaration of his income
  • Payment of applicable taxes, duties or contributions
  • Compliance with the tax, commercial and advertising laws in force in its jurisdiction

Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. offers no tax, legal or accounting advice and assumes no responsibility in this regard.

7. Prohibited Activities

The affiliate is strictly prohibited from:

  • Using the name, logos or visual identity of Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. without written authorization
  • To present oneself as an official representative, employee or agent
  • Making misleading, unrealistic, or unauthorized promises
  • Using fraudulent, illegal, or spam-like practices
  • Purchase a product or service through its own affiliate link
  • Attempting to manipulate or circumvent the commission tracking system

Any violation may result in immediate exclusion from the program.

8. Affiliate Responsibilities

The affiliate agrees to:

  • Promote offers in an honest, fair and lawful manner
  • Follow the guidelines communicated by Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc.
  • Ensure that its content does not infringe any third-party rights
  • Clearly indicate the presence of an affiliate link when required by law.

9. Responsibilities of Hip-Hop Magazine Inc.

Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. undertakes to :

  • Provide the affiliated tools necessary for the program to function
  • Ensure the internal monitoring of eligible sales
  • Pay the approved commissions according to the established procedures.

No financial outcome is guaranteed.

10. Suspension and termination of the affiliate account

Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. may suspend or terminate an affiliate account, particularly in the event of:

  • Fraud or attempted fraud
  • Failure to comply with these policies
  • Damage to the image, reputation or interests of the company

Termination may occur with or without notice, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Any commission that is not validated becomes void in the event of fraud, false declaration or prohibited activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. cannot be held responsible:

  • Actual or anticipated loss of income
  • Technical interruptions or external failures
  • Tracking errors attributable to third-party services
  • Late payments attributable to the affiliate

The program is provided as is, without any guarantee of performance or revenue.

12. Modification of conditions

Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. reserves the right to modify these Policies & Conditions at any time.

Affiliates will be notified via the platform or by email.

Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

13. Acceptance

Registration for Mag HH Affiliate Program constitutes full, complete and unreserved acceptance of these terms Policies & Conditions.

The affiliate acknowledges having understood their rights, obligations and responsibilities.

14. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by:

  • The laws of Quebec and Canada
  • And, where required, by applicable European standards
