The present Policies & Conditions govern access to and use of The Portal, official digital service operated by Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc., a company legally incorporated in Quebec (Canada).
The Portal is a trade name and operational service operated by Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc..
It does not possess any separate legal personality and does not exercise any autonomous decision-making power.
Any administrative, editorial, technical or legal decision relating to The Portal falls exclusively under Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc..
The present Policies & Conditions are legally subordinate to the Policies & Conditions - Le Magazine Hip-Hop Inc. and to Policies & Terms - Underground Network, which constitute the higher legal frameworks of the ecosystem.

Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. is the only entity:
- Owner of the brands, trade names and platforms
- Operator of digital infrastructures
- Final decision-making entity
- Contracting entity
- Legally responsible for applicable policies, rules and frameworks
The Portal
Official digital service operated by Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. and hosted within the Underground Network, the central digital platform of the ecosystem Magazine Hip-Hop.
2. Role and purpose of The Portal
The Portal acts as a structured, controlled and traceable entry point for requests, submissions, communications and services addressed to Magazine Hip-Hop and its divisions, including in particular Underground Network and Hip-Hop University.
Its aim is, in particular, to centralize:
- Editorial requests
- Project submissions
- Institutional communications
- Educational and administrative procedures
- The specialized services offered by Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc.
The use of The Portal does not constitute:
- No guarantee of a response
- No guarantee of acceptance
- No guarantee of publication
- No obligation to collaborate
- No automatic contractual commitment

The services accessible via The Portal may include, but are not limited to:
- Submissions of artistic projects and content
- Interview requests
- Media coverage requests
- Media and event accreditations
- Editorial and journalistic collaborations

- Administrative, technical or specialized services
Each service can be:
- Free or paid
- Conditional upon validation
- Subject to specific criteria

4. Access, registration and accuracy of information
Access to The Portal requires:
- An active account on Underground Network
- Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information
Any false, misleading, or incomplete information can lead to:
- The rejection of a request
- The suspension of access to The Portal
- Terminating the user account on Underground Network
5. Processing of requests
Submitting an application via The Portal :
- No acceptance guaranteed
- No publication guaranteed
- No collaboration guaranteed
- No response time is guaranteed
Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. reserves the right:
- To accept or refuse a request
- To prioritize or dismiss a request without further action
- To request additional information
Editorial, administrative, and strategic decisions are final., subject to applicable legal obligations.
6. Paid services and financial terms
Some services accessible via The Portal may be chargeable.
The applicable conditions include, but are not limited to:
- Prices displayed before payment confirmation
- Payments made in Canadian currency unless otherwise specified
- Applicable taxes added where required by law
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- All sales are final.
- No refunds are given after treatment has begun.
- No refunds are given in the event of editorial rejection or voluntary withdrawal.
Payments are made to the order of Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc.
7. Intellectual Property and Submitted Content
Content submitted via The Portal remain the property of their authors.
By submitting content, the user:
- Guarantees to hold all necessary rights
- Allowed Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. to consult, analyze, store, transmit internally and use the content for evaluation, communication or publication purposes only with explicit acceptance
No publication is made without formal validation of Magazine Hip-Hop.
8. Confidentiality and traceability
Requests made via The Portal are treated confidentially.
They can be recorded for the purposes of:

- Accessing unauthorized information
- To disrupt the operation of the platform
Any misuse may result in immediate sanctions, including suspension or termination of access.

The present Policies & Conditions – The Portal are subordinate, in order, to:
- Policies & Conditions - Le Magazine Hip-Hop Inc.
- Policies & Terms - Underground Network
They prevail over any informal or non-contractual communication relating to the use of The Portal.
14. Limitation of Liability
Le Magazine Hip-Hop inc. cannot be held responsible:
- Editorial or administrative decisions
- Rejections of applications
- Processing times
- Indirect losses or damages
The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of continuous availability.

The continued use of The Portal this constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
16. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by:

- And, where required, the applicable European standards
